Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 large bunch broccoli
  • 1 large sweet onion
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp celery seed

Preparation

Step 1

Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Combine dressing ingredients and add vegetables. Mix well and chill 4-6 hours.
