Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 can beef stock
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 1/2 teas. brown sugar
- 3/4 teas. pepper
- 4 8oz. boneless steaks

Step 1
For sauce, coat a small skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until soft. Add stock, vinegar, sugar and pepper. Bring to boil, cook 10-15 minutes or until reduced to 3/4 cup. Remove from heat and keep warm.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Season steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Grill steaks to desired doneness. Serve with balsamic-pepper sauce.
