Balsamic Pepper Sauced Steak

Balsamic  Pepper Sauced Steak 0 Picture


  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 can beef stock
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 1/2 teas. brown sugar
  • 3/4 teas. pepper
  • 4 8oz. boneless steaks



Step 1

For sauce, coat a small skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until soft. Add stock, vinegar, sugar and pepper. Bring to boil, cook 10-15 minutes or until reduced to 3/4 cup. Remove from heat and keep warm.

Preheat grill to medium-high. Season steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Grill steaks to desired doneness. Serve with balsamic-pepper sauce.
