Ingredients
- ¾ cup Raspberry vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp Chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp Brown sugar
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Crushed rosemary
- ½-1 tsp Pepper
- 4 Bone-in pork chops
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil
- 2 cups Sliced fresh strawberries

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the vinaigrette, onion, brown sugar, paprika & Worcestershire sauce; set aside. Combine rosemary & pepper; rub over both sides of pork chops.
In a large skillet, cook chops in oil over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until browned. Pour vinaigrette mixture over meat; cook 3-4 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
Remove chops & keep warm. Add strawberries to cooking juices & toss to coat; serve with pork chops.
