Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Raspberry vinaigrette

  • 2 Tbsp Chopped green onion

  • 1 Tbsp Brown sugar

  • ¼ tsp Paprika

  • ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tsp Crushed rosemary

  • ½-1 tsp Pepper

  • 4 Bone-in pork chops

  • 1 Tbsp Canola oil

  • 2 cups Sliced fresh strawberries

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the vinaigrette, onion, brown sugar, paprika & Worcestershire sauce; set aside. Combine rosemary & pepper; rub over both sides of pork chops. In a large skillet, cook chops in oil over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until browned. Pour vinaigrette mixture over meat; cook 3-4 minutes longer or until juices run clear. Remove chops & keep warm. Add strawberries to cooking juices & toss to coat; serve with pork chops.
