Pineapple - Grilled

Or combine brown sugar and rum then pour over sliced pineapple rings. Marinate 2-24 hours then grill.

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1" rings
  • 1/2 tea. honey
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place pineapple in a zip lock bag. Add honey, butter, hot pepper sauce, and salt. Seal and shake to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferable overnight.

Grill pineapple for 2-3 minutes per side or until heated through and grill marks appear.
