Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c margarine
  • 1/3 c flour
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 c chicken broth
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 c parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz lasagna
  • 8 oz mozzarella
  • 2 c chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 6 oz thinly sliced ham

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Melt margarine in pan.
Add flour, onion, and garlic powder.
Add broth and milk.
Stir and cook until bubbly.
Stir in 1/2 c parmesan cheese.
In a 9 x 13" pan, put layer of noodles.
Add 1/2 c chicken, 1/2 of mozzarella, and 1/3 of sauce.
Add another layer of noodles, then ham, the rest of chicken and mozzarella, and 1/3 of sauce.
Add final layer of noodles, rest of sauce and 1/2 c parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, until cheese is browned.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
