Ingredients
- 3 lb. tarty apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 tea. baking powder
- 1 tea. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tea. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 3560 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Place apples in baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in eggs and oil' dollop on top of apples, leaving some spaces (batter will cover apples completely when baked). Sprinkle with the cinnamon.
Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes or until topping is puffed and golden brown.
