Ingredients
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 (6 oz.) frozen shredded coconut
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1
Cook sugar, coconut, milk and butter until syrup thickens a little and is close to candy stage. Remove from heat. Add almond and vanilla extracts, stirring in real well, and cool a little to spread on 2 layers.
