Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 LBS XX sugar
  • 2 LBS peanut butter
  • 1 LB butter
  • 1 1/2 LBS chocolate morsels
  • Crisco

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter and sugar together in heavy duty mixer (I use a kitchen aid), then add peanut butter. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Melt morsels and Crisco in microwave safe bowl. Do not over head chocolate. Dip balls into chocolate by sticking tooth pick into top of ball, dip, let excess drip off and place on try lined with was paper. Place in cool already to dry. Store in air tight container.

**1 Cup morsels to 1 TBS crisco.
