Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 3 Cups White Albacore Tuna, drained and flaked

  • ¼ Cup Pecans, chopped and litely toasted

  • ¼ Cup Celery, chopped

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients, mixing well to distrubute evenly and coat well with mayo. Adjust salad to taste. If dry, add a bit more mayo. Serve as a sandwich filling or as a salad on a bed of lettuce. Per Serving: 304 Calories;26 g. Fat;40 mg. Cholesterol;650 mg. Sodium
