Ingredients
- 3 med Red potatoes
- ½ lb Baby carrots
- 2 med Onions in chunks
- 4 Skinless turkey thigh
- 1 can Tomato soup
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt

Cooking time 7mins
Preparation
Step 1
Layer vegetables in slow cooker, top with turkey, combine soup, water, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt, pour over turkey. Cover and cook 7-8 hours or until meat thermometer reads 170 and veggies are tender.
