Ingredients
- 1 lb Turkey breast slices
- 1 Tbsn Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsn Orange marmalade
- 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard
Details
Cooking time 15mins
Preparation
Step 1
Cook turkey in oil over med- high heat until juices run clear, remove and keep warm, combine cranberry sauce, marmalade and mustard, add to skillet, cook and stir until heated through, serve over turkey.
