Ingredients

  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. shallot, chopped
  • 2 T. water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 stick of butter when boiling
  • 4 T. whipping cream
  • Scallops (make sure they are dry)
  • Touch of butter & oil (salad or olive)
  • touch of flour
  • touch of salt
  • angel hair pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Make sure scallops are dry, then melt butter and oil in pan. Add scallops to flour, salt and pepper and then saute in butter, 2 min. aside. Cook pasta, drain and arrange scallops onto pasta, drizzle with sauce
