Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef, lamb, or pork
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tbs. oregano
- 1 tbs. minced onion
- ½ tsp. minced garlic flakes
- ¼ tsp. dried mint flakes
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

Step 1
Cute meat into bite sized pieces and set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let stand 10 minutes, and then pour marinade over meat. Cover and chill overnight. Thread meat onto metal skewers and broil until done.
