Ingredients
- 1 pkg soba noodles
- ¼ cup shredded red cabbage
- ¼ cup julienned carrot
- 3 green onions sliced
- 2 chicken breasts cooked and sliced
- ¼ cup snow or snap peas sliced on diagonal
- ¼ cup cucumber julienned
- 2 tsp black & white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sambal olek
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp soya sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles and drain well. Add vegetables and sauces. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve.
