Ingredients
- 2 Bell Peppers
- 4 Small onions or 3 medium
- 1 Garlic head
- 1 Cilantro bunch
Preparation
Step 1
1. Add all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree.
Unless you have a ginormous blender or food processor you’ll need to puree a bit at a time and combine it all in a large bowl so you can further mix the ingredients. That way you’ll have consistency in flavor throughout.
Store in 4oz. mason jars and refrigerate or freeze for future use.
