Ingredients
- 5 jumbo eggs
- 1 lb walnuts
- 1 lb dates chopped fine
- 1 lb brown sugar 1 cu chocolate chips. Or more to taste
- 3 cups flour
- 5 teaspoons cocoa
- 5 espresso spoonfuls of baking powder
- Confectioner's sugar
Preparation
Step 1
In mixer, combine five eggs with sugar. Add baking powder, cocoa and on low speed , add choc
Chips, dates, and nuts. Lastly, add flour.
Line a rimmed baking sheer with parchment paper and spread dough evenly wetting the spatula with milk to make other spreading easier . Bake at 350* until dough springs back, about 15-18 min
While warm, cut into biscotti slices and roll in sugar.
