Ingredients
- Pastry dough
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbs. flour
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 5 cups sliced peaches
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 2 tbs. butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425.
Combine flour, sugar, and spices. Sprinkle sugar over the peaches. Sprinkle the lemon juice and spices over teh peaches and place fruit into the pie shell. Dot with butter and adjust the top crust. Bake 40 - 45 minutes.
