Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Sirloin Tips
- 2 Tbs Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic Minced
- 1 C Ketchup
- 3 Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic in hot oil. Add meat and brown on all over medium heat. Mix remaining ingredients and add to meat. Cover and simmer over low heat on top of range or bake in oven 1 hour at 350
Serve over hot fluffy rice
