Ricotta Cake (from Bonnie Gates's Sister)

Ingredients

• CAKE:
• 1 box Marble Cake Mix - prepare according to package directions and put in a 13x9 pan.
• Ricotta Filling:
• 2 lbs. Ricotta Cheese (whole milk)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 4 eggs
• Frosting:
• 1 large box of Jello Instant Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling
• 1 1/4 cups Milk
• 8 oz. tub of Vanilla Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Spoon filling evenly over cake in pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 55 minutes or until ricotta is done. (Ricotta will sink to the bottom).

Frosting:
Mix the chocolate pudding and milk with 1-8 oz. tub of Vanilla Cool Whip
