The Lazy Ass Cake

The Lazy Ass Cake also known as Wacky Cake or Crazy Cake, is about the easiest cake you could ever make. No eggs, no milk, no bowl!

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 5 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup warm water

Preheat your oven to 350 F degrees.

Spray a 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.

Dump all the ingredients in the pan and whisk everything together until well incorporated.

Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. To test if it's done, insert a toothpick in the center of the cake, if it comes out clean, the cake is done.

Cut into pieces and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
