Ingredients
- 1- 1 1/2 lbs chopmeat
- 1-2 eggs
- 3/4- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 3/4 -1 cup grating cheese
- 3-4 cloves chopped garlic
- approx 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- approx 1/4-1/8 cup water
- I eyeball the water. I don't like the meat to be too soft.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all with your hands. Shape into whatever size meatball you like. Fry or bake. If baking place on non-stick pan. Bake @ 425 oven for approx 10 minutes. At this point the bottom will be brown. You can turn over and bake another 5 minutes. Once they come out of the oven, they can go immediately into your gravy pot. Simmer for 2-3 hours.
