Ingredients

  • 1- 1 1/2

    lbs chopmeat

  • 1-2

    eggs

  • 3/4- 1

    cup bread crumbs

  • 3/4 -1

    cup grating cheese

  • 3-4

    cloves chopped garlic

  • approx 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • approx 1/4-1/8 cup water

  • I eyeball the water. I don't like the meat to be too soft.

Directions

Mix all with your hands. Shape into whatever size meatball you like. Fry or bake. If baking place on non-stick pan. Bake @ 425 oven for approx 10 minutes. At this point the bottom will be brown. You can turn over and bake another 5 minutes. Once they come out of the oven, they can go immediately into your gravy pot. Simmer for 2-3 hours.
