Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons thyme, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 four ounce skinless chicken breasts, boned and defatted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine spices in a grinder and grind until well combined.
Place spice mixture in a small bowl, add olive oil to make a paste.
Rub paste on chicken.
Heat skillet until very hot. Sear chicken for 1 minute on each side. Transfer to oven and finish cooking for 15-20 minutes or 5-10 for fish.
