Ingredients

  • 2 Pillsbury Crescent Roll doughs

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 3 tbs apple cider vinegar

  • 2 cups chopped broccoli florets

  • golden raisins

  • craisins

  • sunflower seeds

  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbs sugar

  • ½ red onion, chopped fine

  • 1 large gala apple, chopped fine

Directions

Unroll crescent doughs and lay in shallow 13x9 glass baking dish. Eliminate seems. Cook at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool completely. Mix cream cheese, heaping tablespoon of the mayo, and garlic. Spread on the cooled crust. Mix sugar, remaining mayo, and vinegar in a large bowl. Add apple, broccoli, raisins, craisins, and onion. Mix well and spread over cream cheese. Refrigerate. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds before serving.
