Rhubarb, Apple, & Ginger Crisp (WB)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 # fresh rhubarb, 2" lengths
  • 2 # Golden Delicious apples, peeled, sliced
  • 1 c raisins
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1" piece ginger, peeled & chopped
  • 1/2 c HOHcombine, >> put in 9 x 13" pan
  • Topping
  • 12 T (1 1/2 sticks) butter>>melt, transfer to med bowl.
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/4 c sugar>>stir in
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 t BP>>combine, stir into the sugar mixture.
  • 1 c chopped pecans>>stir in
  • Blend w/fingers into large crumbs & put over rhubarb.

Cooking time 45mins

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 45 min @ 375.

Serve warm or @ room temp.
