Ingredients
- 1 lb Orzo
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 (14oz) cn Diced Tomatoes
- 1 ¼ c Whipping Cream
- 1 c Frozen Peas & Carrots
- ¾ c Parma son Cheese
- Pepper
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cook orzo for 8 minutes, drain. Reserve 1 cup of liquid.
Cook onion in oil with the garlic.
Add tomatoes, cook for 4 minutes.
Add cream and frozen vegetables, cook for 5 minutes.
Add orzo and Parmesan cheese, on low heat.
Add reserved liquid mix and salt and pepper to taste.
