  • 2 (21oz) cans apple pie filling
  • 12 (8") tortillas
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1c butter
  • 1c white sugar
  • 1c brown sugar
  • 1c water

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350, grease 2-qt baking dish.

Mix the apple pie filling and cinnamon together. Spoon 1/4c filling mixture evenly down the center of each tortilla. Rollup, tucking in edges. Place seam side down in prepared dish.

IN medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, sugars, and water. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Pour sauce over prepared enchilads and let stand for 30 minutes.

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until golden.
