Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 3 c. Bisquick
- 10 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Grate cheese and allow to soften. Mix all ingredients well with hands. Shape into small balls. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
For a sausage ball with a less smooth appearance but more sausage taste, use only 2 c. Bisquick
