Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 2 T sugar
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t nutmeg
- pinch ground cloves
- 1 egg
- 6 T pumpkin puree
- 2 T melted butter
- 1 c milk

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk dry ingredients (thru cloves) together in a large bowl. In a separate medium bowl mix wet ingredients, then fold into dry ingredients. Heat a buttered skillet over med heat; pour in 1/4 c batter for each pancake. Cook about 3 mins per side; serve with butter and syrup.
