Ingredients
- 1 teas. paprika
- 1 teas. garlic powder
- 1 teas. cayenne pepper
- 1 teas. pepper
- 1 teas. thyme
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 tilapia fillets
- lemon wedges

Preparation
Step 1
Combine spices in a shallow bowl.
Heat heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
Pour melted butter into a shallow bowl. Dip fish in butter and then in spice mixture to coat.
Saute fish in skillet until blackened, 2 minutes per side. Serve with lemon wedges.
