Ingredients

  • 1 teas. paprika

  • 1 teas. garlic powder

  • 1 teas. cayenne pepper

  • 1 teas. pepper

  • 1 teas. thyme

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 4 tilapia fillets

  • lemon wedges

Directions

Combine spices in a shallow bowl. Heat heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Pour melted butter into a shallow bowl. Dip fish in butter and then in spice mixture to coat. Saute fish in skillet until blackened, 2 minutes per side. Serve with lemon wedges.
