Blueberry Creme French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 loaf challah bread cut in cubes
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries tossed with flour
- CInnamon
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter

Step 1
Coat 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Layer half of bread cubes in baking dish. Cut cream cheese into cubes and layer over bread. Layer blueberries generously with cinnamon. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread. Press bread with spatula to help soak up mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake agt 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes
