Yummy; family butter sauce for brussel sprouts and lobster.
- 1/2 lb butter
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 lemon (juice only)
Melt 1/4 pound of butter in a sauce pan
Stir in flour.
When well blended, stir in water and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil and then remove from heat.
Add last 1/4 pound of butter and stir until smooth.
Serve with seafood and vegetables.
