Amazing Coconut Pie

  • 2 cups milk
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 ½ t. vanilla
  • 1 cup Baker’s Angel Flake Cocon



Step 1

Combine milk, sugar, bisquick, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender container. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes; then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350o for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
