Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups orzo
- 1 med. zucchini, halved & sliced
- 10 Kalamata olives, sliced
- 4 gr. onions, sliced
- 1 celery rib, sliced
- 1 med. tomato, seeded and cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- ground pepper
- 4 oz. crumbled feta
- 2 Tbs. mayo

Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain orzo
Stir in next seven ingredients
Mix olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, dill, salt, and
pepper. Pour over salad. Sprinkle on feta and toss.
Add mayo and toss.
