Ingredients

  • 1 C Greek yogurt, extra thick yogurt or 1 C drained plain yogurt

  • ⅓ C granulated sugar

  • 1 lemon, rind of, grated

  • 1 T fresh lemon juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
