Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried rosemary, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 6 chicken breast halves
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup rumbled Roquefort cheese (2 ounces)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sliced green onion
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in shallow dish.
3. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
4. Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Add chicken in batches and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes, turning once.
6. Transfer chicken to baking dish, skin side up.
7. Combine sour cream and remaining ingredients in small bowl and spread over chicken.
8. Bake until topping is golden and chicken is cooked through, about 30 minutes
