• 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. dry mustard
• 1 Tbsp. celery seed
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. pepper
• 1 can cream tomato soup (Heinz if possible)
• 1 cup salad oil
• 1/2 cup vinegar
