- 3 lbs. venison cut into strips
- 1/2 c. soy cause
- 1/2 c. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. accent seasoning
- 2 tsp season salt
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 onion chopped fine
- 2 tsp. ground black pepper
Marinate the venison overnight hanging from an oven rack with toothpicks.
Cook in a slow oven at 325 degrees for 4-6 hours until done.
Can be stored in a zip lock bag.
