Ingredients
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1lb steak
- 1/4 c. minced shallots or 1/4 c. minced red onion
- 2-3 tbsp. green peppercorns, rinsed
- 1/3 c. marsala cooking wine
- 1/3 c. whipping cream
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
- Salt and freshly ground pepper

Cook steak. Add all other ingredients to steak drippings and simmer. Pour over top of steak
