Ingredients
- 1/2 C butter or margarine
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp salt
- few grains cayenne pepper

Step 1
Melt butter in a small saucepan over moderately low heat. Add lemon juice, mustard, salt and cayenne pepper and blend well. Serve as a dip with hot artichokes. Makes 2/3 cup.
