Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup of chooped red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1 serrano green chile
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup potato diced
- 1 can chopped green chiles (14.5oz)
- 2 can mexicorn (corn green and red bell pepper)
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 1 1/2 lb shrimp peeled
- lemon juice added after to taste
- avocado chopped

Preparation
Step 1
melt butter medium heat
add pepper, onion, and chile for 2 min until soft
add canned chiles to pan cook 1 min
add flour to pan cook 1 min stirring constantly
stir in milk and next 5 ingredients (through corn)
bring to boil
cook 5 min until slightly thick
stir in shrimp cook 1 min until shrimp are done
remove from heat
stir in cilantro
