Tim's Salsa

Ingredients
- 28 oz can diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- 1/4 large sweet onion
- 2 tablespoon chopped garlic or two cloves
- 1/4 of one pickled Habanero (more if you like hotter)
- 1/3 bunch cilantro
- 1-1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Puree all ingredients in food processor except tomatoes. Add tomatoes and puree to desired consistency.
This Salsa can be used as a basis for several different flavors;
Black Bean
1/2 cup Tim's Salsa
2-3 pickled Jalapenos
1 can ranch style black beans
Drain juice from Black beans add to rest of ingredients to processor and puree.
Serve with corn chips and enjoy!!
