Ingredients

  • 16 oz. fusilli or other cork screw pasta
  • 2 (24oz) Vodka Sauce Emeril
  • 10 oz. pkg. perdue italian chicken cut up
  • 2 c. shredded mozzerella
  • 3 Tbs. basil chopped
  • 4 Tbs. parmesan
  • 1/2 c. ricotta

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package, drain. Combine pasta, vodka sauce, chicken & 1 c. mozzerella, basil, 2 Tbs. parmesan. Spread half mixture on bottom of glass dish. Dollop ricotta on top. Top w/remaining ingrediants. Sprinkle with remaining mozzerella & parmesan. Microwave on high 5-10 minutes to warmed through.
