Ingredients
- 1&1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pkt. Instant beef broth & seasoning mix
- 15 oz. ground beef
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¾ c. plain dried bread crumbs
- ½ c. tomato sauce
- ¼ c. plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- dash pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
In a 9” skillet, heat oil over med. Heat
Add onions, pepper, garlic, and broth mix
Saute until onions are clear (translucent)
In a med. Mixing bowl, combine sauted vegetables with remaining ingredients.
Shape mixture into a loaf or 8x8 pan
Bake until brown about 45 mins.
