Ingredients

  • 1&½ Tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 1 c. chopped onions

  • 1 c. chopped green bell pepper

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 pkt. Instant beef broth & seasoning mix

  • 15 oz. ground beef

  • 4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

  • ¾ c. plain dried bread crumbs

  • ½ c. tomato sauce

  • ¼ c. plain yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp. chili powder

  • dash pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. In a 9” skillet, heat oil over med. Heat Add onions, pepper, garlic, and broth mix Saute until onions are clear (translucent) In a med. Mixing bowl, combine sauted vegetables with remaining ingredients. Shape mixture into a loaf or 8x8 pan Bake until brown about 45 mins.
