Ingredients

  • 20 pasta shells
  • 2 15oz Ricotta cheese
  • 5 C mozzarella - shredded
  • 1 C parmesan - grated
  • 2 eggs - beaten
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt

Step 1

Cook pasta per package. Combine ricotta, parmesan and 3 cups mozzarella, eggs and seasonings and mix well. Spread 1 cup of jar or your own spaghetti sauce in bottom of 2 13x9 pans. Stuff shells with cheese mixture; arrange over sauce. Top with remaining sauce.

Cover and bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and manicotti is heated through.
