Cream Puffs

Very easy and very good.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

In a med sauce pan place water, butter, salt bring to a boil, and remove from heat. Stir in flour all at once, beat well untill mixture leaves the side of the pan. Coll for 1 minute. Add eggs one t a time beating well after each one. Mixture should be smooth & glossy. Make mounds on parcharment paper about 1 1/2 inches apart.
Bake 15 min. at 450 for 15 min. ,Reduce heat to 350 bake 30 more minutes or until shell are a gloden brown. Cool fill with favorite pudding.
